Had to have an emergency tooth extraction ... this was the best experience I've ever had with any dental work in my life. Perfect balance of caring and professionalism mixed with direct, to-the-point actions and words. A nod to the teamwork and cohesiveness it takes to accomplish that without feeling rushed on one end or emotionally fake on the other. I could go on and on about the small details that made me feel comfortable the second I approached the front door and every little detail throughout the waiting room and office. Cleanliness, tidyness, employee attitudes ... top notch. Maybe invest in some more comfortable chairs in the waiting room ... although, admittedly, with the amount of pain I was in on day two of a cracked, infected tooth and swollen jaw nothing would've been comfortable so take this comment with a grain of salt. Even the little signs and display are in frames or stuck to windows beautifully like they literally measured out pieces of scotch tape and made sure they were perfectly even across the paper. I know that might seem like nothing to some people but that attention to the tiniest details speaks volumes about them. I could imagine how much they'd care about me if they cared about such minor visual details throughout.

My experience at this dental office was nothing short of amazing. The office was clean and the staff was kind and attentive. I especially like how as I waited in the examining room for the dentist, the nurse talked with me about what would be taking place, was knowledgeable and stayed cheerful as she assisted the doctor. The doctor was quick, a bit humorous, but extremely focused. I would recommend the facility to anyone in need of dental work! Sherry Curran

Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing!! There are actually no words I could use to express just how great they are! From the cleanliness of the office, the wonderful personalities of the staff, and how accommodating they were during my urgent stressful situation!!! Thank you a million times over!!!

Nothing but a positive experience! From the day I called and booked my consultation to talking to the receptionist it was a smooth process from the very beginning! Paper work is done online which is easy and only had to fill out a small amount of paper work in office ! They are very helpful and informative! Dr Block and his team made the appointment go smoothly and answered my questions and concerns! Dr Block was super nice , understanding, and made sure i knew what to expect when planning / scheduling and getting to the surgery ! Gave me a load down of what will happen , what to expect , and what recovery will look like ! Even explained what anesthesia will be like ! He was super funny, really nice to speak with ,and just honestly made the experience a lot less nerve racking & more caring than my previous experience at another oral surgery clinic! And University Oral and Max Facial surgery clinic is very updated and the office and examining rooms are very clean and comfortable as well as updated and modern ! His team of assistants were sweet and so nice to talk to ! They all made me feel heard and listened! And i know im in good hands here ! Lastly , the receptionists are really nice and do a great job to make sure that your checked in and are ready to be seen by the dr ! They also are super easy to talk to and let you know if they need anything from you or if they have to tell us anything about our upcoming visits ! I know that at my future surgery appointment i will be taken care of and be in good hands ! Not nervous at all 🙂 And will recommend this place to family and friends for any oral surgery needs ! Thanks Dr Block for making my experience better than my previous experience with oral surgeon !

Well run office, professional all around. I highly reccomend. I see some of the 1 star reviews here about receptionist professionalism. There's a sign on the window in EG office to the effect of, "All businesses are shortstaffed in today's world, we appreciate your patience.". The moral to my story is I was seen on-time, got a painful tooth removed, bone graft implanted and have follow-up in 2 weeks. The folks in office were great and they called to check in on me the next day. There isn't much else to say, you'll notice some 1 stars but mostly 5 stars here. The customer isnt always right and the service provider may not always be 100% perfect. Be kind.
