5 stars are not enough!! Being told by your general dentist that you have a fractured root and need an extraction, for me, was sad and scary. Talking with Toni at reception to make the appointment was the first step toward easing my anxiety, with her fun loving humor and prompt scheduling magic. Meeting Dr. Brown's staff of understanding, empathetic professionals set me more at ease and then came Dr. Brown. What a wonderful human being. He was fully present during my appointment, unrushed and listening to all my worries. He has an excellent bedside manner and a great sense of humor. We agreed on a plan and I could not be happier. Dr. Brown even went out of his way to personally call my pharmacy to make sure all prescribed meds would be available to me because we were heading into a weekend. Like I said, 5 Stars are Not Enough.
