Right from the start, the staff was exactly what you want to hear when you are calling about scheduling a tooth extraxtion and bone graph!! I was experiencing some pain and worried about infection, so they were able to have me come in sooner. Dr. Brown and his assistants were great. My blood pressure was elevated because I was nervous, but Dr. Brown continued to help me relax throughout the process. The next day I received a call to see how I was doing. I had more questions about some things and called back, and they were so kind and patient and helpful. That is so important when you have never had anything like this and not sure if what you are feeling or seeing is normal and can be comfortable to call back whenever you might be concerned about something. I always said the best Dr.'s have expertise, quality of care and bedside manner. Dr. Brown has them all, and the team of assistants and staff are 5 star as well. Thank you.
